I just paid and received my registration info. I downloaded the program and tried to register and it says info. is incorrect. I cut and pasted so it's identical. Does not Montage have to be connected and on first?

Did you upgrade from the editor or just bought the librarian alone? I did the upgrade and had initially the same problem. The first key was for the editor and did not work for the librarian. But then a couple of minutes later I got a second one delivering the key for the librarian. That one worked. Check the mail to see for which program it is, the first said it is for the editor, actually...

Looks like I wasted some of my money. I eventually got it to work but then realized buying it separately is more expensive when I could have bought the total package.
It is not laid out in a comparative pricing manner. You can only see prices when selecting pieces of the package. Then you have to do the math to figure out what it all means. Until I need a feature I don't know if I need that feature if you know what I mean.
I could have gotten everything for 75 EUR. I only initially bought the Librarian for 30 EUR.
Now, if I want to upgrade to everything I now have to pay 70 EUR more instead of only paying the difference which should only be 45 EUR more.
If you make a mistake then there should be a way to fix it. This might save some people from the same trouble.

In your case i would drop John a Mail. I found him to be very fast to answer and very helpful in the past.
