Is it really true, that there is no way to load one performance from an existing .X7U file, without loosing all performances of the current user memory ?
The only workaround seems to create an .X7L library file, load it in a library slot and then copy the required performance to the user memory.
If the corresponding performance in the library slot contains arpeggio and/or user waveforms, will this also be copied to the user memory ?

From the Manuals:

Files of the “User File” type saved to USB flash memory can be loaded and restored to the dedicated area in the User Memory of the instrument.
User File Type data is as follows.
• Performance
• Arpeggio
• Motion Sequence
• Curve
• Live Set
• Micro Tuning
• Waveform
• Utility settings
• Quick Setup

Utility > Contents > Library Import
Import to User Bank
Copies the selected Performance in the User Bank. User Waveforms and User Arpeggio which are used in the selected Performance are copied to the User Bank as well. This button is displayed only when any of the Performances is selected.
