It is most certainly not a downgrade, when one uses modern technology to reproduce sound from the 70-ties.
There is some Mellotron available on the Montage Expanded Library

Facebook is rarely a legitimate or stable marketplace for sound libraries.
Legitimate marketplaces tend to have their own domain even for free content.
Not sure which category this falls into. The link appeared broken to me.

It's OK, I have got it. Sounds are well done (despite few problems with individual samples, which can be easily repaired) and usable. The process how to get the libraries is described well on FB. Worth of the payment.
