Hello,
Sometimes my Montage starts up only partially. My screen looks normal but no lights (and functionality) on the rest of the keyboard. I have to reboot and sometimes a few times to get the Montage fully working.
Any one the same complaint? What's going on? I think 1 year old.

Make sure that nothing ever obstructs the MONTAGE Standby Switch. If is designed to flip itself to the Off position when Auto Power Off is engaged (and no unstored edits are in the Buffer). It will power off with a snap when this is activated. It’s a rocker switch, and should engage with a snap, as well.
If booting, much like any chip based device, it’s got to pull together a bunch of stuff for start up in those 16 seconds. Once or twice in a great while is probably fine... but if it is a constant thing have it checked at an authorized Service Center.
