I'm not against your removing everything although I do not think it's necessary. I think simply downloading the Anubis X7B file from source is good enough. Possibly deleting other X7B files just so you don't inadvertently select them. You may also want to get something like Camstudio (for Windows) to make a video of your interaction with Montage Connect and upload that to Youtube (and link here). This would help illustrate your process and the video would more definitively describe what's going on than the text-based posts.
