Thank you for clearing that up. I didn't realize you could swap files with the HD for handing off. What a shame this couldn't be used for backups. I wonder if there are any plans for this to come about or is it not even possible?

No, I have not as of yet purchased Montage. I must say that I am intrigued by the features but a little leery of the learning curve for my old brain. 🙂 The Montage format will bring some changes to the way I work in the DAW (probably for the best) so I am doing as much homework as I can to better understand it all.
I will be using it totally in the studio with my DAW and utilizing the onboard audio-midi interface, the A/D input for a vocals.

Hope you have worked out the midi issue and glad to hear you are enjoying your Montage.
