Is there a way to convert Motif XF song files (X3S Files) to the Montage?

No, not directly.
The way to move song data from one sequencer to another is the Standard MIDI File (.mid). A Motif XF Song file (.X3S) includes not only the MIDI events recorded to the Tracks (what is found in the .mid file) but also includes all the Motif XF data concerning the MIXING setup. The MONTAGE has a different layout from the XF so none of that setup data translates.
If you still have a Motif XF, save each Song as a SMF (.mid).
You will have to manually rebuild the Mixing setup.
