On initial key strike, all sounds have a strong piano sound. I understand that all sounds are made up of different parts, but each sound has strong piano attack on initial strike of each key.

Possible causes are:
_ you’re connected via MIDI or USB to another device and are triggering something else in addition to the MONTAGE, or are echoing signal back to the MONTAGE on another channel.
For help troubleshooting - select a specific sound that the problem occurs on. That way we can talk about specifics.
Describe what you hear and what you see in the HOME screen.
Troubleshooting Steps:
Disconnect MIDI and/or USB cables during troubleshooting
Recall a Performance
Then from its [HOME]
Press the [AUDITION]
This will cause the MONTAGE to play - triggered by MIDI data stored in internal ROM
Do the audition phrases play normally?
Stop the [AUDITION] by pressing the button again.
Play the keyboard, does it sound like the Audition Phrase.
