In the use of Pattern seq, I'm pretty sure that I can set different Time signature for each SCENE
What I don't know,and that's why I'm asking, is if I can set different BPM for each SCENE

No. The tempo can only be recorded to the linear MIDI Song. All Pattern Scenes share the same Tempo.
