I recently purchased a Yamaha Montage 8. I purchased a song from a karaoke website and placed it in my itunes library. From there I had it placed on my SanDisk USB flash drive(32 GB). Then I put it inside the USB slot(to device) in the back of the Montage to play the selection. I followed all of the instructions as per the owner's manual and it did not show up on the Montage. Any suggestions as to what happened?

What is the complete name of the file?
The MONTAGE can play a stereo .wav file that is 44.1kHz and recorded at 16-bit or 24-bit.
