greetings I want to get a more homogeneous sound with the same velocity without being affected by the strong or slow pressing of an analog synt sound I play, how can I apply this simple setting to the element in the preset?

You can turn off velocity by setting, in each element ("Amplitude" -> "Level/Pan" menu), the "Level/Vel" setting to +0.

Then save your modification to a User Performance and use your modified User Performance instead of the preset. Presets cannot be altered.

Keep in mind that you can NOT make any assumptions about the value of settings in the presets. Each preset may use a different number of elements and that setting could be different for any, or all, of them.
As a user you need to manually examine any preset you plan on using to look for things like that. That especially includes control assignments but any, and all, parameters could have be altered by the creator of the preset
