I can store part volume levels in different scenes. However I cannot store the element levels. Would this be possible?
I would like to use function this for storing different "drawbar settings".

Element Levels are stored in the PART... You can have sixteen Parts in a PERFORMANCE that you control one at a time. Each PART in your PERFORMANCE could be a different B3 "drawbar setting", simply press the PART SELECT button [1]-[16] to access that organ.
SCENEs have a different purpose. Nothing special need be done to do what you are asking. Create your "drawbar settings", store them in PARTs [1]-[16] of your PERFORMANCE. Store the PERFORMANCE with the 'KBD CTRL" icon deselected on all 16.... Light the [PART SELECT] button on the right top front panel, now to select a drawbar setting touch a button [1]-[16].
