I wonder how I should do, when faced with the need for technical assistance, the Local Yamaha Distributor does not answer phone calls, does not respond to emails, lacks a website and the dealers who resell their products only suggest that I contact the forum YamahaSynth, where after raising the problems that affect me I receive for any response that my message IS BANNED because it is not to the liking of the company.

How do I get technical assistance if both, in my country Argentina, and in YamahaSynth, an international forum that I suppose is located in the USA, they refuse to even consider what is presented to them as problems, all of them practical problems derived from the daily use of brand equipments?
Is it that the dollars with which I have paid for my equipment are not worth the same as in the USA or Japan?
