I haven't responded to this one since the target audience, which was addressed in the introduction to the video, is not me. If I put myself into your shoes, I would weigh the reluctance you have due to cost (and any driving factors here including means) vs. the perceived benefit of learning what is covered in the topic list vs. your motivation to read manuals, tutorials, and other forms of free assistance that is available. Every form of information is, for the most part, unique. Your own opinion of what you see out there is the best guide although sometimes it is nice to read what the critics say about a movie before going to the theater or passing. The analogy is fairly applicable because someone could rave about how the series turned them from a novice to expert - touring with some hotshot keyboard-heavy mega-star running a fleet of Montages - but you watch the video and find it to be a useless waste of time. Or, you could run into negative reviews about it being a waste of time - yet you become the expert touring and the next Jaco Pastorius of keyboards (I know, mixed reference) - minus the minor lifespan issue of JP.
