Hello everyone,
I'm trying to record an Audio directly to USB.
I plugged a USB device into the Montage, went to 'record' - > 'audio'.
When I try to start recording, I'm getting an error that the USB is not supported.
I tried to format it on the Montage, on a MAC, on a windows, same error.
I used the same device to upgrade the Montage firmware, so it should be recognized...
Any idea?

It would be helpful to list the manufacturer and manufacturer part number of the USB stick you are using which is problematic.
Maybe listen to what Montage is telling you and purchase a different $5-$15 USB stick.
