Hello,
I have only Yamaha and Steinberg products - Yamaha Montage 6 Black - what i bought maybe in 2016 in kytary.cz in shop Modrany Prague - I am first owner
Steiberg AXR4U what i bought maybe month ago, Cubase Pro 11 and Wavelab Pro 10 and of coarse Studio Monitors Yamaha HS 7 Black.
My Yamaha Montage not works well and Steiberg products too - Cubase Pro 11 havent stable quality of recording - there is muddy and harsh frequencies - and quality of recording isnt well - and of coarse i cant use some functions like input mode with chord track and Yamaha Montage - in chord and scale - Yamaha Montage mode arp write to daw - local off -when i want to play perforamances and write midi in daw - i use Yamaha Montage multitrack recording template - midi stuck when i play - and of coarse Yamaha Montage if i use it like genos havel atency and clock is not stable - i cant make libraries - loops samples - and have harsh and muddy sound - Wave Lab Pro doesnt work properly - when i want to use batch processing - in cause of making libraries of samples and loops by Cubase Pro multitrack exporting "parts by cycle markers" and use Meta Loudness - match specific loudness -23 LUFS and Master section forunited adjustment of samples/loops all come out on -60 LUFS or silent or destroy original files - there is many other problem with Yamaha Montage .... Main reason why i write this post is i have suspected that this problems is connected to my situation in 2015 when i was victim of fraud. - i was boght Yamaha Motif XF6 from second hand - and it was blocked - I was pay for Motif Xf about 2000 USD - thats why i was go to Police in this time 2015 and solving this problem on Police - but in this time 2015 before i boght Yamaha Montage and other Yamaha - Steinberg products - i was registred Yamaha Motif XF 6 on several Yamaha Accounts - i dont know why Motif wasnt work properly - later i forgot about that situation i got registred MOTIF XF what is blocked on several Yamaha accounts and bought Yamaha Montage 6 in kytary.cz and registred it - i was have MOTIF XF on some Yamaha Account - as registred product till 18.11.2021 from year 2015 - i think there is arrangments of provide protection and if i got Yamaha Motifwhat blocked because fraud on some account where is some simmilar user information - all products Yamaha - Steinberg will not operate properly... Police cant help me - and i forgot this situation for maybe 6 years - i forgot registred MOTIF XF too i recognize it when i looking for my acount on Yamaha - and sign to this old account where i have Yamaha Motif XF and I was appalled about the consequences... I have many problems with Yamaha Montage 6 Black from beggining - and Assignable stereo Output - have more volume than main output - assignable output playing 300% more than main - its so loud that i cant use it - Besides Mic/Line input doesnt function too - sync by audio in its impossible... what i can do? I'm innocent - and all Yamaha - Steinberg products not work properly ... Thanks for help Bc. Jan Rehak

In year 2015 Police didnt recognize Motif XF - by serial number etc etc... as thing what is theft - nobody this item report as taken - thats why nobody cant help me...

On Yamaha Montage 6 black also headphones output doesnt work properly - i boght with AXR4U Yamaha HPH MT 8 Headphones - and headphones output is too low - its impossible to use it with Montage - on my laptop output of Internal soundcard of ASUS Rog Stryx 2018 - Realtek HD - small stereo jack is volume optimal - and play loud - on AXR4U Headphones output too - and of coarse Yamaha Montage as Audio Interface not recording well - quality is not normal

I hope so this problem will be solved fastly - all Yamaha and Steiberg products no work at this moment - i cant record anything - and of coarse CZECH Police know about Motif XF - it isnt be taken - robbery - theft for more than six Years...I of coarse have documentation from Police in Teplice - I dont know who can help me... i will wait and be claim... but... for six years doesnt function all properly and Support service and sellers didnt help me too... but its another story with Yamaha Montage...

Dont forget i don´t wait for responze more time than its need - anybody can call me to my phone - All Steiberg - Yamaha Products is blocked - " v opačném případě zasílám průvodní dopis do centrály ve Vídni pro východní evropu - kterou kontaktuji i telefonicky a pak podávám žalobu a trestní oznámení v rámci poškozování mé osoby - které vymezuje zákon" pokud by po mně policie požadovala MOTIF XF že je předmětem krádeže tak jim ho okamžitě vidám - ale nevím v jakém případě mě poškozují prodejci z kytary.cz kde jsem reklamoval 3x Yamaha Montage ze zjevného důvodu - že nefunguje správně a nefunguje clock a má další a další problémy - posléze jsem ji chtěl opravit a dostalo se mně jen posměšků a dál se mnou nikdo nekomunikoval - to bylo stejné i v situaci s MOTIF XF kdy jsem volal na support - kde jsem byl doslova "seřván"... během dnešního dne je celá sestava mimo provoz a AXR4U nefunguje v rámci Cubase Pro/Niuendo - sám nevím o co jde ničeho jsem se nedopustil - dokumentaci mám - vše můžu doložit - jde mně jen aby vše fungovalo jak má - nic po nikom jako kompenzaci vzniklé újmy nepožaduji - nejde mně o vydírání ani zprovoznění MOTIF XF... v sestavě mám velké peníze a jsem bezdůvodně poškozován mimo rovinu zákona a to i rozumovou a morální... určitě dále nebudu kontaktovat prodejce - který mě poškodil a také se nebudu dohadovat s někým ohledně MOTIFU XF - pak je divné že jsem komunikoval v rozčilení s p. Tomkem a ten mně vůbec nechápal snad o co jde... pak nevím nak oho se obrátit a že se mnou nikdo nekomunikuje a neřeší mé problémy v rámci služeb je nelegální i mně je vypovědět - o Yamaha Steinberg produkty mám zájem

a celkově mně to připadá jen jako nedorozumění v rámci práce lidí kteří ji nedělají správně a to v České Republice

je normální že dostanu odpověď v českém jazyce a budu komunikovat česky a bylo by divné kdyby mně byla celkově znemožněna moje práce a delší dobu než je nutné...

a divím se že neexistuje centrála pro Yamaha - Steinberg produkty v České Republice a že se mám snad obracet na Vídeň - ale jak říkám nevím o co jde já nikoho poškozovat nechci a klidně doložím veškerou komunikaci a veškerou dokumentaci - jinak přiložím zákonné normy pro zákaznický servis a poškozování v oblasti obchodu a služeb a i v uvádění v omyl...

Hi - Today morning i was been on Police ČR Teplice - Maršovská - where i get copy of protocol from year 2016 of lustration in evidence of items from criminal delict - theft - taken and of coarse of me as vicitim of fraud - and i got lustration of evidence items of fraud - criminal delict today - 22.11.2021 - Motif Xf Negative - you can contact POLICE ČR or direct person - police officer of Police station Maršovská Teplice - Motif Xf isnt taken - theft from 2014 - 2021 - Today - all documentation with communication i will send by email to Wiena central Yamaha - Steinberg - in hope all be good - all products Yamaha - Steinberg will work normal - Police ČR can ANYTIME contact me to get back MOTIF XF to his owner - If would be reproted as item from fraud - criminal delict... ever member country of EU can request Police ČR for investigation and returning this item back to owner - MOTIF XF - but i dont want anything with motif xf - i only need to Yamaha - Steinberg products works perfectly -Besides i can have official declaration of DIrectorate POLICE ČR - if Yamaha this need - i need have good reputation on Yamaha - Steinberg - i do everything what Yamaha needs to clear my reputation - I dont want legal action in this if its possible... Iam fully innocent - and in year 2014/15? i didnt find any information about needs of registration Yamaha Motif instrument - and of coarse any arrangment of providing protection etc etc... before i only have Microkorg Xl or Korg Electribe 2 - i didnt know fact that expensive instruments have protection in cause - they can be taken - i will hope all be good in future. Hi - everything looks good in small time - Thanks to mr. Bibiana Minar on Customer Center Czech Republic - Wiena Austria Yamaha Music Europe GmbH - he helps me - and its easy 😀 all now works -) Yamaha Montage 6 black - Steinberg AXR4U - Steinberg Cubase Pro 11 / Wavelab Pro 10 etc..

PS: i look forward to new Nuendo 12 and MIDI 2.0 also wait for sucessor of Yamaha 01v96i etc..
