Hello yamaha. I just bought my yamaha montage in July this year. I was trying to load some library files, when the loading has finished my montage freezed. I have tried to turn it off and back on but it freezes on the montage logo. Is there a way someone can help me? Maybe with a hard reset? I’ve also tried to reinstall the Os but still the same problem

Is your Montage running latest firmware upgrade? I.e: 2.5

Yes I’ts running the latest firmware.

Yamaha may be able to communicate a key combination that allows for you to reset the keyboard if you cannot make it to this screen due to lockup.
Current Yamaha Synthesizers: Montage Classic 7, Motif XF6, S90XS, MO6, EX5R

That’s what I’m looking for but it has been very difficult for me to contact them and I’m not finding nothing online. That’s why I’ve decided to post my problem here.
Maybe you guys know someone to put me in contact directly with?

Sorry you are having issues with your MONTAGE. You should contact your local dealer or your regional Yamaha office. The Yamaha offices are listed in the back of your Owner’s Manual.
