A edited Yamaha Motif XS Multi parts performance mode direct to song pattern mode recording pop / rock idea, next to a Yamaha Montage Multi parts / scenes direct on board performance recording pop / rock idea. proofs that the way older Yamaha Motif XS is still a good sounding all in one synth music workstation next to the modern Yamaha Montage.

The recording is not annotated with what's being demonstrated. There's a description for the idea of the recording - but it would help to have some key of what's being recorded. Like

MM:SS - Motif XS Using internal sounds (listed)
MM:SS - Montage Using Pop Rock Performance ##### (performance number or name in data list)

etc.

To me - it's just a random recording of something and no real idea of what's what. Other than all of it was done on either a Motif XS or Montage. It's a guessing game of what's being demonstrated.

Current Yamaha Synthesizers: Montage Classic 7, Motif XF6, S90XS, MO6, EX5R

Hi Jason well i thought it is very clear. it is a compilation mix of just 2 recordings. The comparison recording demo starts with a on motif xs edited direct performance mode to song mode recording.!! ad point 0;00 till point 1;20. The on Yamaha Montage edite performance recording starts on point 1;20 till point 2;44. following again with the on motif xs performance mode recording, etc etc. I assume that it still be heard clearly what is recorded on the motif xs . and wat is recorded on the montage. !! non external sounds / Daw / Vst is used herein.

MM:SS - Motif XS Using internal sounds (listed)

The on motif xs is a multi parts performamce mode userbank set up that i did edit the arpeggio's - drum kit parts and the e piano arpeggio scene parts recording to song mode and recording the extra bass - pads - guitar and some sfx sounds presets on the song mode tracks. so just own creativity

MM:SS - Montage Using Pop Rock Performance ##### (performance number or name in data list}

is about the same way on building up self ceated multii parts edited performance set up and is not a standard factory set up (performance number or name in data list} so just own creativity also.!!
so thought it would be fun to put those 2 recordings next to each other .. !!. Btw Jason and also other forum readers wat is your opinion on the sounds atmosphere between these 2 multi tracks parts recordings ??? because that was really the starting point.by upload link share this topic.. !!..

Again, ? What?

I read what you wrote and it is not making any sense... I’m gonna assume it’s me. (I’m glad someone else is equally confused.)

I do not understand what's so hard here being demonstrated. ???
Very Very Simple.!! to give an impression on the difference beteween a on motif xs cretaed multi performance mode recoding .and a on Yamaha Montage created multi performance pop-rock style music recording. using [ no daw }.. !! I’m gonna assume that the reason why it is not making any sense and people get confused must be because there is as good as any Yamaha Motif / Montage made music te hear. on a Yamaha Synthesizers music production Instruments platform. Grts from a hobby amateur Yamaha Motif / Montage music maker.

No I think it is a translation problem. Sorry.

If you mean the Motif XS/XF make up the basic sound library of MONTAGE, this is very, very true. All 1,354 Motif XF sounds form the basis of the Preset ROM of the MONTAGE.

When I move all of my Motif XS and XF sequences over to MONTAGE, the only difference is the MONTAGE has better audio output. When played side by side, the difference is only the better audio quality of MONTAGE. I can find every sound.
