Hi,
I would like to load some libraries from the included USB stick of the 40th anniversary pack. Im very confused because Ive read that depending on the extensions n2 n3 etc. I have to choose where the files will be located. But Im not sure how that works and I cant find a good guide or explanation of the different file Types All, all without system, voices etc. what are the differences? and how exactly is the from source to destination work in the lower right corner? If I want to save all samples and the presets on the flashboard I choose USR -> FL1 ? Im very confused.....I would really appreciate some guide.

Download a copy from this site the Yamaha Motif XF Reference Manual.
Start reading on page 234 (File Management) and you will learn everything you need to know about files and the Motif XF.
All file types and how to load and manipulate them are listed in this section of the Reference Manual.
