Hello guys and gals now I'm trying to find car & truck horns sounds. Any help is greatly appreciated

Depending on where in the world you are car horn sounds can vary. I'm pretty sure the pitch "A" is used, seems it is used in all kinds alert signals.
I'd try mixing the "F" and "A" (major third) above middle "C"
Try "Brassy" or "Synth Brass 1"
