How do I get the PB & Mod wheels to work with a voice in a Pattern? (They work with the voice as standalone, but not once I put the Voice into the Pattern.)

Nothing extraordinary need be done to make them work. If it is not working, then likely something was done to prevent them
Call up a blank Pattern using the Voice data already assigned to the Part, move the MW and PB - do you hear the results?

I accidentally found the fix under Mixing/Rcv SW for the track.
