I have brought a second hand moxf 6. From a friend. I wanted to down load cubase software which is free with the moxf6 but when I enter the access code it says that the code has been used already. I have the necessary access codes but no help......please help.

If the original owner used the Access Code you will get a message that the code has been used. This means someone has registered and activated that giveaway. The original purchaser of the instrument has the rights to the software. You should contact your regional Yamaha office and tell them your situation. If they have an extra you maybe lucky enough to receive one... but understand the giveaway is for the original purchaser of the instrument.
