Hi,
I have noticed that there is a lot of mechanical noise from the keyboard. Especially in the area of G3. I'm not talking about sounds, i'm talking about turning off the volume and play the keyboard. Is that possible that one of my keys are damaged? If it is, so what can I do?

Take it to an authorized service center. You can contact your regional Yamaha distributor- they are listed in the back of your Owner's Manual. They will have the information on finding an authorized service center nearest you.
