Dear ALL.
I m having a problem to link my Moxf8 with my ipad,
I dowload the new firmware I follow all the process I put the file in USB ( 2gb ) and once the Usb is inside of the slot
my MOXF8 say : FILE NOT FOUND !
Please help me I don't want to bring to Assistence,

The download for the firmware update includes the instructions. Worth a read.
Place the updater file in the root directory of the USB stick
Power on the MOXF while holding down the designated button, as described in the instructions; the MOXF will power on in updater mode and look for the file.
If you did all of that, let us know.
