I have used Total Librarian before but it has been quite a while. I just wanted to print out an updated list of my voices and performances and when I tried to connect the PC would not see the MOXF. I checked settings on MOXF and set to USB. Tried different cable even old computer, no luck. I tried to download a new copy of Yamaha Steinberg USB Driver for windows 10/11, it downloaded but when I sent to see if it was working, the device window was blank. Any help appreciated.

I would remove the Yamaha Steinberg USB driver using device manager and the option to completely remove the driver and also check the "programs and features" under (windows) settings to remove any Yamaha driver stuff. Then reboot. Then reinstall the drivers. Then reboot again.
The directions below give more details about what to do with the MOXF (disconnect vs. reconnect).
Here's what the installation guide says to do:
Alert messages such as User Account Control and Windows Security appear during the installation. When such messages appear, click [Yes] or [Install] after confirming that the publisher is “Yamaha Corporation.”
Installation
Turn off the computer.
Disconnect all USB devices other than the mouse and keyboard from the computer.
Start the computer and log on to the Administrator account.
Double-click “setup.exe” in the compressed file you have downloaded.
Follow the on-screen instructions to install the software.
When installation has been completed, click [Finish].
If a window requiring you to restart your computer appears, follow the on-screen instructions and restart the computer.
Device Connection
Connect the device directly to the computer by using a USB cable. (Editorial: Cable between MOXF USB TO HOST port and PC)
Make sure to not connect it to a USB hub.Turn on the device (if it has a power switch).
Confirmation of Installation
9. From the Start menu, click [Yamaha Steinberg USB Driver] [Control Panel].
10. Confirm that the device name you are using is listed.
Installation of the Yamaha Steinberg USB Driver is now complete.
