Are there printable versions of the tutorials MOXF Basic Audio Parts I, II, and III? The web pages don't print or save to pdf with proper formating (actually they don't print in their entirety). (Windows 10).
The HELP tab in Cubase in non-functional. Why? How do I set Cubase to play back audio to USB-linked speakers connected to my laptop?

Windows 10, okay, but what is the Browser? - It is the Browser that should allow you to translate the Articles to PDFs... For example, are you using Internet Explorer or Chrome? Both allow you to print PDFs from the onsite articles. Let us know what Browser you are using maybe we can help you get better results.

First, you should contact Steinberg through your MySteinberg Account, they can help you with completing the installation of your version of Cubase. Normally, the HELP tab will link you to the Steinberg Manuals, if you failed to install the Manuals, they can walk you through this process.
They can also help you with using your computers internal sound system, (not recommended) but this is possible - your mileage will vary on whether you can achieve low enough latency to be useful for recording, but certainly you can setup Cubase to playback through your computer's own system. (Recording will be another issue).
Again your solution is through your MySteinberg Account:
