Hi!
I'd like to initialize all USER Banks to Init Voice. Some presets in User Banks are duplicated (or same as regular voices) and it makes me confused. Is it possible?
I have all expansion packs (incl. PCP Pack), but only 512 MB available! I will reformat my Flash module and load the sounds I like one by one.
Maybe it's too complicated but I am looking for a simple procedure to organize my User Banks. I want to start fresh and clean and add only the sounds I like. The duplicated User presets are really confusing.. 🙁
It this has already been discussed before, please point me to the right thread.

When you initially power on your MOXF for the first time, All VOICES in the User Banks are repeats of Presets. Let me repeat for emphasis. All VOICES, every single one of them, is a “placeholder” and is a repeat of a Factory Preset. Every one of them.
For 50% of folks the repeats are confusing
For the other 50% of folks leaving them empty is confusing and they feel cheated.
It is as it is. You can place your choice of sounds in the User Bank... You can, if you are in the former group, use the “Yamaha MOXF6/MOXF8 Editor Stand-alone/VST” to create a User Bank - with just Init Vouces in it. Easy enough to cut and paste, then bulk that data to the MOXF via USB.
If you also don’t like computers, you could manually copy an Init Voice to all 384 User Voice locations (but its much quicker with the Editor)
When loading a sound library, make sure you read the documentation about WHERE they placed the Voices... how many they created, etc., etc.,
