Hi, I am new Moxf 6 user. I bought moxf6 2 days ago. today, the keyboard seems to be freezing. when i power on the keyboard, all the panels (right and Left) work but on pressing a note (any of the KEY) on the keyboard, it freeze. Anybody help to how to fix the problem.

Sorry that you are having issues with your new MOXF. "Hanging notes" is usually a result of a MIDI connection error. But since you don't mention connecting the MOXF to anything - you have a mystery on your hands.
However, if you just forgot to mention you are connected to a computer, tablet or other device via either MIDI or USB-MIDI, please do include that information in your post.
In the meantime you can Factory Set the instrument by following (exactly) these steps:
Press [UTILITY]
Press [JOB]
Press [ENTER]
Press [Yes]
If MIDI connections were involved please include how and what you connected to.
Also if you are using a sustain pedal... Make sure it is the recommended Yamaha FC3/4 or 5
