It would be great. If the MOXF had. The Envelope Follower and Auto Beat Detect.
Since You are Keeping the MOXF8 in your lineup.
I would suggest this upgrade/update for the MOXF.
To make it current with Your Other current keyboards.
I keep the MOXF because It is a Great keyboard and of the More normal ish Midi. As do a lot of other users.

Well I was just informed by Yamaha. The Moxf is Officially discontinued.
That is a Shame and a Blessing.
It is a Shame.
Because People like me. And the MIDI. Have to have a Keyboard the Receives. All Midi Channels. (MIDI 2 on their Future Ideas????).
And Yamaha. Should not Put all their eggs in one Basket. It is a diverse world. And People want different things.
And I love my montage. But I would like to control it Via a Good Controller.
The Blessing part
Well the MoxF is steadily going up $ in the Used market place.
