I'd like to change parameters in the MX drum kits such as reverb send levels for individual drum sounds. Is that possible?

Yes you can, if you buy John Melas MX editor software you can edit the drumsets and save them, with the same editor you will also be able to edit the synthpatches and save them, I have the editor and it is really worth the cost imo. Without this software you can't do this.

Well, you cannot easily do it... You must address Element parameters with System Exclusive (Parameter Change) messages. The John Melas Suite for the MX is the most elegant way to edit at the Element level of the architecture.
