Tried 2 different cables. Using Lighting to Camera connection, to lightning to USB end into "USB" port on keyboard.
Tried 2 different Ipads too!
Help!

Huh... that is not clear. You need the Camera Connection Adapter... which should be Lightning on one side and USB on the other, then just a standard USB cable from there. Is that what you meant?
Trying to download FM Essentials - new keyboard....
You download FM ESSENTIAL to your iPad. I assume you mean you are trying to unlock it. Is that what you mean? It downloads to the iPad you can unlock it with your MX88.
