Hi
My mx61 doesnt seem to work like the videos i see.I mean when i play the strings and and steps on the sustain pedal then changes to piano sound, the strings gets cut off.. Unkike from the video of andrew coyler, strings still plays.. Hope you can help me.:(

Hi Stephen, what he probably is doing that you are not doing is placing the Voices he wants to transition between in different Parts of the same Performance. For example, place the Strings in Part 1, the Piano in Part 2, and put a synth lead or flute in Part 3.
You can seamlessly switch between these but activating the [PART SELECT] button and using the button [1], [2], and [3] to switch between PARTs. You can either manually hold the keys down or use a sustain pedal while switching between Parts. Using the sustain pedal allows all keys to be available when you switch Parts!
Notice on your front panel how the [PART SELECT] button is connected to the PART numbers 1-16 under the buttons. Each Performance feature 16 Parts, you seamlessly switch between any of these 16 Parts. Each Performance can hold 16 Voices in these Part slots, one per slot.
