one Split Part in performance number 41 , MX49 is totally silent. How to activate it.

When playing performance number 41 in MX49 , I noticed that one split part is totally mute. I wonder what has been done so that part has been muted, and how to activate it back so it can be heard. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Is this the SLOW ROLL performance? (I have the MX61).

Can you explain a little further what is happening?
