I have been login in from different computers, only my laptop can talk to SoundMondo, and my music PC has to many MIDI drivers. đ
Today I was unable to log in to the forum, but I could log in to SoundMondo on the PC and the laptop. After trying a lot of times and getting no response, being logged out when changing pages and even an error from ".NET", I changed the pasword(via the Soundmondo user account), but still was unable to log in to the forum.
In a desperate attempt to restart the connection to the page, I deleted all cookies from yamahasynt.com and this worked, as you can see.
Please look at the cookie handling and see if you can find the root of my problem, now that the solution is known. Perhaps connecting from different computers at the same time, is part of the problem.

Thank you for your participation in the forum and I'm sorry you're having such difficulty with the login.
We've tested logging in from multiple devices, including an assortment of mobile, and we are not able to recreate any issues. We are able to login smoothly on all devices. If you are continuing to have difficulties please let us know.

I also faced these kinds of problems in my laptop with me much time, then I used to follow some blogs and articles for resolving the issue, many times I type the login password correctly but I am not able to log in. then I used to do reset the password. many times this issue happens cause of internet connection error, and also we are not updating the windows from time to time so that type of issues can happen.

I concur that this site is very peculiar with login issues. I've had an account with Yamaha.com and yamahasyth.ideascale.com, and even when logged in to those forums I could not get my account here to function. The button in the top right corner of the forum never worked to log in, but the fields at the bottom of threads did eventually work once I had flushed cookies. I've never had so many problems getting properly logged in.

Just experienced the very same. Created a new account just for the forums, and I'm quite sure I don't have a Yamaha account so far ... no chance to login.

Ok, just saw that after login the window which demands the credentials opens again in an empty state...strange. However, after closing that window and reloading the page it seems i'm logged in. Nevertheless, if I wan't to change something in my profile settings and click on 'save', it says 'full name empty'. But I can't find some place whwre to enter a full name... think I'll give it a try within the Edge browser....

Login from within the Edge browser behaved a bit different. After entering credentials the window stated "Welcome back", when I clicked on 'Continue' (I think it was labeled like that), the page automatically refreshed ... Êt voila, logged in.
But the problem of uloading an avatar pic for me remains. Still the message "Full name empty". Maybe one of the mods can help ?
