I think the nature of the data you are selecting is at the core of the issue. Try different types of sources... not sure how you could have no idea? Is it a commercially available iTunes entry?

To the OP; what about doing a screen-capture, and printing that? I don't have an iPhone, but my Samsung can save a screenshot by pressing two buttons at once...
