The top bar in the forum has two "Learn" menu items. The first "Learn" shows a page that looks broken (for me the screen is flashing with the banner graphic seemingly transitioning between two sizes). The second "Learn" works fine and is the same as it was before.

I think this happened during the last forum maintenance downtime.
