A google search lead me here.

I want to use the AG6 with an independent power adapter instead of USB power connected to a PC.

On the bottom of the AG6 says 5V = 500mA, 2.5w (see image attached).

Will I be able to use this with a wall adapter that outputs 5V = 0.7A?

Thanks in advance.

Unknown. The AG requirement is for a DC adapter, 5Volts, and it importantly requires more than 500mA (so the .7A is fine) but you don’t mention “DC”.

A device will not draw more current (mA) than it needs. So as long as the adapter is DC, is 5V, then you only need to provide more current than the 500mA minimum required to run the device.

UPDATE (for anyone who has this question):

I was able to use the Audiogram 6 as a standalone mixer by using a 5V = 0.7A wall adapter.

It's perfect if you do not have an extra USB port or don't want to log around a USB hub(think mobile DJs).

Thanks @ Bad Mister for attempting to help me.
