Thank you Cassie and Blake π
good one. I went to work on that performance. I love it except the shrieking noise the superknob makes. I deleted the assigned fm frequency and lowered the value of the assigned fm feedback everywhere it was assigned to and now it really sounds good, no more metallic shrieking. Other than that, a little error in the video, scene 6 does not only have part 1 but also part 2, panned left and right,. So all the desired changes have to be made to both parts.
Yes, there were a few flubs in the videos where something was said that wasn't technically correct - most were caught or left in and subsequently corrected by Blake catching his own miss - but a few made it past the editing booth. I think it's fine given the spirit of the videos to show what seems to be something less scripted and informal - warts and all.
What you did in removing what you don't like is right in-line with the message of the video. It's great to have been "inspired" by the video to edit your version of a performance and saved off one that improves the preset to fit your needs. Some really like that artifact - I thought it was kind of cool - but some don't. And like the video said - you may wake up one morning and decide to ditch something else, or dig up (from the grave) something you previously removed.
The great thing is - not only did you make a preset better for you and report how you did it - it's great that one thing you said was NOT that it took forever to make the change, that it was painful to do, or ... other complaints that sometimes surround editing presets on any keyboard. Maybe you left all that out for brevity - but I think perhaps it really wasn't that difficult and this speaks volumes for the design of the interface.
Thanks for sharing.

yes, the video did inspire me to try to change presets and use them. To look for how they are made and how to change them. So far I wanted to do everything from scratch, but if I can change a preset so that itΒ΄s not immediately recognizable by all montage owners then good π And no, the culprit was not hard to find, thanks to Bad Misters FM lessons, I could easily recognize the reason for the shrieking metallic sound and eliminate it. IΒ΄m probably gonna make a song out of that moving floors performance, now that IΒ΄ve eliminated the stuff I donΒ΄t like. Different drums, vocals and guitar, and hopefully noone will say: ah "moving floors" when they hear my song, lol.
