hi, i just bought a new reface cp, and the "d" key sounds extremely loud, i guess that its a problem of the sensibility becouse the all the other keys sounds ok, with sensibility, the d key sound extremely loud even if i push super soft...

its anyway to repair this in case, its a software problem, or if in the shop dont help me, (i throw the box before notice the issue)

btw; i find on internet that if i push the higher key and i switch on the reface restart the software, but even doing this , still the same problem
