This is far beyond crazy. Last we heard was 2months ago when it was said they were just waiting on final approval. Where is soundmondo???

Still working on it, promise, it'll be worth the wait.

Again, the concept is all about sharing. Sharing and learning. You'll be able to upload and download sounds via your web browser. If you click on a program, it will be sent to the edit buffer of your reface instrument. Where you can audition it and if you wish [STORE] it to your reface Capture app. If you wish to learn about just how exactly this particular synth was create... Your browser shows you your reface's "live" front panel, and it shows you just were you need to move the setting to zero in on exactly how it was created. You will also be able to post Soundcloud and/or post a YouTube video demonstrating how the sound should be played.

Sorry for the delay... We sincerely appreciate your patience.

very strange - it does not sound very complicated - why does it take so long ?
And will it include a full featured editor for the reface - or just the "live front panel"?

in the meantime - some news about my reface-DX-editor for Midi-Designer 😉
REFACE-DX-EDITOR

i added some new features like:
- envelope templates (piano, gate, pad)
- graphical algorithm selection
- fx-bypass
- help-page
- alternative layout - alle synth-parameters on one ipad-screen
- preview phrases
- envelope copy & paste
- realtime editing off all synth - and system-parameters
..more

Hey, thats great 🙂 But, how are we suppose to use it on iOS devices? Chrome mobile does not work. Will there be an update to Capture app to connect to Soundmondo?

Yes... The link is ready to go (it will be a fourth icon on the bottom of the App). The question is: will there be an update to iOS to allow use of Chrome-MIDI?

As you can tell, this is all new. May not seem like it, but it is... eventually you will (in theory) be able to do it all from your iOS device...

Chrome MIDI on iOS is probably up to Google and their Chrome app. IOS already supports MIDI in apps, so it should be able to use it. Glad to hear that Capture app will get updated, but i still wish there would be a way to request a full bank MIDI sysex bulk dump.

Yes, iOS supports MIDI, that's not the hold up, iOS does not support Midi via the browser. Chrome is a browser that supports MIDI.
Android users can probably do it from their smartphones as they support Midi via the browser, so it's the iOS device that must support Midi in the browser... As far as I know.
Any Android users out there attempt to connect via Chrome?
Let us know!
