Is there any sustain pedal that will work with the YC series?

No. Traditionally, organs do not have sustain pedals - it is a meaningless device in the lexicon of the instrument "organ".

Therefore, the jack on the refaceYC is for the Expression pedal (called the Swell pedal in organ-speak). That's why you find a volume pedal option, and not a sustain pedal option. Only a few instrument's have "sustain pedals" - it's mostly a piano thing.
