Hi there,
I'm not sure if this is a problem that has been mentioned already, but my reface doesn't seem to be loading new sounds when I hit sync. The reface is connected and seems to be working fine, but when I press sync to load a new sound, the page refreshes and keeps the settings as they already are on the keyboard. I can manually change the sounds on the reface itself, but the Soundmondo software obviously makes this much simpler, especially when using set lists.
It seemed to be working fine up until the past few days so I'm not sure what could be causing the problem. Any advice you have would be greatly appreciated!

Technically speaking, you don’t “press sync to load a new sound”... you establish “Sync”, then you click on the Soundmondo entry to send it to your keyboard. If you want help with this we need a better description of what you’re doing... are you using a computer, an iPad, an iPhone? You don’t say.

My apologies. So I'm using a Reface CS running through Google Chrome via Windows 10 PC. When I select a sound it takes me to the page, but the settings on the device stay the same. Then when I press Sync it takes me to the create page but the sounds still stays the same. Oddly I'm still able to save sounds, but I can't seem to load them.
I updated the firmware a few days ago, could this have something to do with it?

No, new firmware should work just fine with Soundmondo.
Strange behavior. Try rebooting every thing. On the computer software you do click on SYNC to recall the front panel graphic and bulk the sound to your reface.
