1: When I sync a patch it's not correct. Operator 3 is always in initialized state and LFO modulation has reset. I'm using Chrome, installed the latest MIDI driver and v1.30 firmware. Perhaps it's not compatible with Soundmondo?
2: I can see that something has gone wrong immediately after I have synced a patch by looking at the editor. I uploaded one patch anyway but as it didn't come through as it should I want to delete it. How do I do that? It's currently set to private to prevent people from downloading it.

There have been several reports (very) recently about troubles with Soundmondo. A service request has already been sent, hopefully we'll hear something soon.
