Soundmondo stopped working for some reason and no matter what I have tried I can't make my Reface CS sync or save sounds online anymore. Everything worked fine in the beginning. I was succesfully browsing, syncing and saving sounds. Now the green light says CS is connected but it doesn't sync and nothing works in a normal way.
I'm using OS X El Capitan on a mac. Would greatly appreciate help on this one!!!

We assume you are using Chrome as your browser... Do you know what version of Chrome?
I'm running Yosemite and have no issue... So every bit of info can help those tasked with chasing down problems. It might be a temporary bug between El Capitan and Chrome... Any way when we hear something we'll pass it along.
I'm able to save sounds from my Reface but not sync any. Clicking 'Sync' on a patch (either one I've made, or one someone else has made) brings me to the create patch screen and nothing is loaded. Running the latest version of Chrome on Windows 10.1 64bit

Got great support from the SocialRaise (SoundMondo) folks - got a personal e-mail from the head of the company requesting further technical details.
Well, it turns out the issue is TOTALLY MY OWN FAULT. I'm running my CS through a MOTU MIDI TImepiece AV so I can use it as a MIDI controller for my other devices and do some other advanced MIDI routing and apparently I needed to mute the CC MIDI data and a few other things headed to the MIDI IN on the CS, even though I was using the USB MIDI to interface with SoundMondo. This actually makes sense and I feel dense for not figuring this out earlier (I thought I had tested with no MIDI cables plugged in).
Also got great support from Yamaha. Thanks everyone!
