Hello,
my DX is synced but when I attempt to save a patch, I name it and click SAVE - the button turns gray and nothing happens.
I have disabled Ad-Block and it still doesn't work. Using Chrome on Windows 10, thanks!

We have to ask, (because you don't mention it) are you logged in at the the time?

Yes, logged in and all, won't work. I click SAVE, the button goes gray and nothing at all happens. The same happens if I try to create a sound and upload it. I can't sync a sound to the keyboard at all as is described in the FAQs...

Sorry you are having this issue.We'll send in a report.
I just connected on Window 10 with a reface DX, without issue. I can SYNC, CREATE, etc... There were others with a problem, I think they are now solved... Hang in there you'll be contacted.

Just pitching in some more info.
* Didn't work on Window 7 Ultimate running Chrome 49.0.2623.110 m (connects but doesn't Save or Download patches)
* Worked fine on Windows 10 running exakt same version of Chrome.

I was contacted, very impressed with the quick help! Cleared cache and reinstalled latest Version of Chrome and everything works great, having a lot of fun today. thanks guys

@Yahama I'm not sure, if you officially think it should work on Windows 7 I guess I am reporting an issue 🙂
