Couldn't help but notice yesterday when you went to change the footswitch assignment you experienced the same challenge I have with it being a global and not a "settings" item. I heard you say it's sort of a Yamaha tradition that it's configured this way. Hopefully "YCJ" recognizes the YC needs and deserves different treatment because 1) it's a gigging keyboard that requires changes on the fly, not deliberate changes like in a studio setting and, 2) being more organ-centric, it clearly has a use as a rotary slow/fast toggle, but also, given the synth capabilities, it has a role for modulation and other applications that will vary from song-to-song/Live Set-to-Live Set. Posted the 'idea' on Ideascale a few weeks ago and it has some support. Thanks...
