I am a proud owner of the YC61 keyboard.
It would be really cool for the possibility of including a bass pedal function within the organ sound of the YC61.
The reason for this is so when we connect a pedalboard to the keyboard there will be a bass pedal control option via midi with the external keyboard. So when we go to the external keyboard section we will have bass pedal organ sounds as an additional option the others including the lower and upper manual controls.
How this would work I imagine would be after pressing the L/U button three times both sides would turn red indicating the bass drawbar option for a third drawbar setup. (Kind of like the Nord stage 4 b3 bass option).
In turn we could still have our split function on the actual keys of the YC for lower and upper while also now playing the bass drawbar option with either a midi keyboard or bass pedals using the external keyboard feature.
It would be cool to have this option in the next update.

The SKpro does that ultimate organ type stuff even has the actual external rotary connection. I'm not sure although YC has an "organ focus" it's not the ultimate organ simulator. It's a good mix however for doing most things well. My YC73 is my favorite however the Osmose I just got might sell well beyond the DX7 it's that good. I sound like a symphony and you can't tell I'm not a live symphony.

Just now seeing this response thanks I did find a work around which I created a patch for it on soundmondo under the name Maistro. Simply by adding a mini sub bass to layer be and linking it to the external keyboard

There's the MIDI loop trick that I used before using MIDI as a jumper cable and tricking the YC into thinking it has an external keyboard incoming signal (it's own outgoing returning into incoming) and then you can do an octave shift to make it lower. I think it works on the FM/Organ section which allows lower and upper to be played simultaneously.

I did this a lot with the FM organ sections and I could modify both drawbar sections independently and shift them and play both at the same time for a really thick voice. I haven't tried this since they added the effect options to the FM organ section.

I forgot I have a like new Hammond SKpro73 waterfall probably the best organ available under $3K. My shop is on Reverb Hornz N gear
