I purchased a sound library online for my motif xf6, and after loading, my motif is now a half step up in tune.
Does anyone know what would cause this?

Things like Tuning, MIDI and Audio Settings, are in your Utility mode settings and are stored as "system settings".
As a general good practice, when you load some one else's ALL data file, you should use the LOAD option "All without system". This will prevent this new file from changing your UTILITY mode settings.
Global Tuning is found:
Press [UTILITY]
Press [F1] GENERAL
Press [SF1] PLAY
Find the Tuning parameter...
Press [STORE] to write your setting into the system.
Your settings are stored in All data files that you make.

Hi, and thanks for your reply. I did as you said, but when I changed the tuning parameters, the sounds I loaded now don't work.
Im in touch with the company I bought the library from, but he has never heard of this happening.

Can you describe what you needed to change? Was it the "Tune" parameter or the "Note Shift"... etc.
