Hi. I am a new owner of MODX and I am trying to use my Yamaha MO8 as my master controller to select Performances on the MODX. When I set up my Master patches on the MO8 - i can only reference Performances 1 through 128 on the MODX (Bank MSB and Bank LSB on the MO8 are set to 000). In looking at the midi implementation chart for the MODX - it seems that if I play with the MSB and LSB settings on the MO - I should be able to reference the rest of the sounds - but even if I change MSB or LSB on the MO - nothing seems to work. Any and all suggestions are welcome. Thank you.

On the MODX, you can look up the MSB, LSB and Program Number of any Performance, as follows:
From the [PERFORMANCE (HOMTE)] screen, tap the Performance Name to see a pop-in menu
Tap “Property”
The information you would need will appear in the screen.

Thanks Bad Mister. That was a big help. I also had to turn on the Bank TG, PC TG, and Bank(Midi) switches on the Master (TX SW menu) - to reference those performances past 128. I only had PC (Midi) turned on.
