Logic Pro X Environment Request... Does anyone have a file for Logic Pro X that has all the patch names saved so I can select patch names like a vst?

You might want to try a Logic Pro forum to see if anyone has created one. The thing is with MODX the preset performances change with each OS update, and if you add user Performances and custom libraries that environment will always need to be continually updated.
You might want to consider MODX Connect, which has is an AU component that allows you to save and recall performances within Logic. There is an article here for MONTAGE that explores that basic set up of this component and is relevant for MODX users:
